have you tried Parc Louis Riel in MHM?
its one big that has the high school, two grass soccer fields, one turf one, one small track, 2 baseball fields, lots of tennis courts and kids park. One of the biggest athletic centers in eastern Montreal.
Its cement pathways so you can run around the whole big block (very pleasant on 3 sides) or on the pathways between the different sporting fields.
Running around the whole block is 1.5km.
